GAMCA Medical Registration/Appointment

Candidates may visit the GAMCA website and generate the medical slip for the medical check-up by making online payment, or they can take our service.

We will generate the GAMCA slip on behalf of candidates which will cost USD 10/- + plus forex bank charges + taxes + our service charge = INR 1200/-.

You may send the scan/photo image of the passport’s personal information page by email to support@gamcamedical.com or by WhatsApp to +919681680483, it will be needed to avoid data errors in registration. After this, we will generate the GCC slip and send it to you by email/WhatsApp.

In case of technical problems or server downtime, we will generate and send the registration slip automatically as soon as the problem is resolved. For better time/schedule management and convenience, registration booking should be done preferably one or more days in advance before visiting the medical center for medical tests.

Cancellation Policy

After booking our service you can cancel it if you don't get the GCC Slip within 48 hours but ₹ 275/- will be deducted as a cancellation fee. A cancellation request cannot be accepted and payment cannot be refunded after we have generated the GCC slip. Cancellation fee will also apply if the appointment cannot be generated for any reason beyond our control including technical reasons.

Refund Policy

If your service is cancelled, you will get your refund after deduction of a cancellation fee of ₹ 275/-. The refund amount will be credited to your account within 5 to 7 working days.

From 1st April 2018, GAMCA has opted for online medical slip generator and payment methods.

No medical tests are allowed without the mandatory GAMCA registration or appointment. The GAMCA medical test is approved by the EXECUTIVE BOARD OF HEALTH MINISTERS COUNCIL FOR GCC COUNTRIES and must be conducted at authorized medical centers.

Total cost of GAMCA Medical Test:

1) GAMCA registration fees*: (USD $10/- + forex bank charges + taxes + our service charge) = ₹1200/-

PLUS

2) Medical centre fees* in cash: @ ₹ 8500/- for medical tests required for GCC countries like Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and U.A.E.

The total cost in Indian Rupees for GAMCA registration, including necessary medical tests, is subject to change based on updates from the Gulf Health Council and fluctuations in foreign currency exchange rates, particularly affecting GCC countries.
