Candidates may visit the GAMCA website to generate the medical slip for their medical check-up by making an online payment, or they can utilize our service for GAMCA registration. We will generate the GAMCA slip on behalf of candidates for a fee of USD 10/- plus forex bank charges, taxes, and our service charge, totaling INR 1250/-. 

To avoid data errors during registration, you may send a scanned photo of the passport’s personal information page by email to support@gamcamedical.com or via WhatsApp to +919681680483. After this, we will produce the GCC slip and send it to you through email or WhatsApp. 

In case of any technical problems or server downtime, we will automatically generate and send the registration slip as soon as the issue is resolved. To ensure a smooth process and adhere to our cancellation policy, it is advisable to book your registration at least one or more days in advance before visiting the medical center for your medical check-up.

After booking our service, you can cancel it if you don't receive the GCC Slip within 48 hours; however, a cancellation fee of ₹ 300/- will apply, in accordance with our cancellation policy. Please note that once we have generated the GCC slip, a cancellation request cannot be accepted and payment will not be refunded. Additionally, if an appointment for your GAMCA registration cannot be generated due to any reasons beyond our control, including technical issues, the cancellation fee will still apply. This also pertains to your medical check-up appointment.

If your service is cancelled, according to our cancellation policy, you will receive your refund after a deduction of a cancellation fee of ₹ 300/-. The refund amount will be credited to your account within 5 to 7 working days, which is important for those needing GAMCA registration and medical check-up services.
